Terms of Service – Power Repair Team (HVAC Services)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Power Repair Team (“Company”, “we”, “our”), including HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and related services, you (“Client”, “you”, “Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our services and constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company.
2. Services Provided
Power Repair Team offers professional HVAC services including but not limited to:
• HVAC system installation and replacement
• Routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Emergency repair services
• System diagnostics and performance optimization
• Indoor air quality solutions
The scope, schedule, and specifics of services will be detailed in individual service agreements, proposals, or estimates provided before work begins.
3. Service Agreements & Contracts
All HVAC work performed is governed by a written service agreement or contract that outlines the exact services to be provided, pricing, terms of payment, responsibilities, and any warranties or guarantees. These agreements ensure both parties understand expectations and obligations.
4. Scheduling & Access
Clients must provide accurate contact information, service locations, and reasonable access to equipment and premises as scheduled. Failure to allow access may result in rescheduling fees or additional charges.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Service fees, parts, labor charges, and any applicable taxes will be agreed upon prior to service. Unless otherwise stated in a service agreement:
• Payments are due upon completion of services or as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.
• We accept payment by cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed payment methods.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
Where applicable, work completed and parts installed may be covered under warranty terms defined in the service agreement. Warranty coverage, duration, and limitations will be clearly specified. Coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide safe and adequate access to equipment and work areas.
• Ensure that all utilities (e.g., electricity, water) are available where needed.
• Communicate any system history or known issues prior to service.
8. Liability & Limitations
The Company and its technicians will exercise reasonable care in performing services. However, Power Repair Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service, repairs, or delays, except as mandated by applicable law. Work performed is subject to the limitation of liability provisions in the service agreement.
9. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the specific terms laid out in that agreement. Cancellation policies, including notice requirements and any applicable fees, will be clearly outlined in the service contract.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and all service agreements shall be governed by applicable local and national laws. Any disputes arising from our services will be addressed through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings as specified in the service agreement.
11. Changes to Terms
Power Repair Team reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
